IMP3772 Golden Mario has a big set of hooves to fill. His maternal brother, Leachman Gold Robber1909E, is a past National Champion and a current Trait Leader for Milk and Stayability. His other maternal siblings include: LCC Vibrant 7234 who sold in '88 to Pat Cox in NE for $5,900; LCC EBV Only 8173 who sold in '89 to Bill Slovek in SD for $3,100; LCC Lost Ark 8119 who sold in '90 to Dave Calvert in MT for $3,000; LCC Solid Runner 9583 who sold in '92 to John Picatto in IL for $9,000; LCC Take Over 1053B who sold in '93 to Dr. Shuey in NE for $18,000; and LCC Kickoff 1023D who sold in '95 to Kelly Norlund in MN for $3,500. The dam Larkaba 6384, was truly the best herdbull producing cow in the herd, raising 7 natural bull calves that made top sires through our sales. Her sire, Solid Gold, was prematurely lost at a young age, but his few daughters made a big enough impact on the breed to earn him the #1 spot as a Milk and Stayability leader. The sire, Mario, is the new growth bull on the block. With his first calf crop he has earned himself a +51 WW and +82 YW EPD, and he is fixed to join the ranks with his already proven breed leading maternal brothers, King Rob, None Better, and the Bandito brothers. Thanks to Hanford Red Angus and Ram Red Angus for purchasing
Golden Mario.
