He is 50% South Devon, 25% Gelbvieh, and 25% Red Angus, resulting in a great combination of maternal strengths, marbling, and muscling with super temperament and doability. Bullion was the 2nd high seller at the 1999 Pick of the Crop Bull Sale at $4700. His sire is a trait leader for growth in the South Devon breed. South Devons are noted for their temperament, eating quality of their beef and because of their muscling and growth, are referred to as the exotic of the British breeds.
